- Attend customer complaints, diagnose faults and carry out repairs of HVAC equipment, including split ACs, cassette ACs, VRF systems and chillers, as applicable.
- Perform preventive maintenance, inspection and servicing of HVAC systems as per the maintenance schedule.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and refrigerant-related problems and ensure effective resolution.
- Handle service calls promptly and aim for first-visit resolution wherever possible.
- Coordinate with customers, technicians, project engineers and the service manager for timely completion of jobs.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance checklists, breakdown reports and customer feedback records.
- Identify spare parts requirements and coordinate with the stores department for timely availability of materials.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards and company service protocols.
- Support HVAC installations, commissioning and handover activities whenever required.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending complaints, AMC renewals and maintenance requirements.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
