About the Role

We are a growing software product company based in Thiruthangal, Sivakasi. We develop tailored digital solutions and SaaS business platforms.

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Field Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be on-field merchant outreach—visiting local retail shops, wholesale outlets, and business owners in person, demonstrating our software products on mobile/tablet, and closing software subscriptions.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily Field Visits: Visit retail shops, traders, and local businesses in and around Sivakasi, Thiruthangal, and nearby commercial areas.
- Product Demos: Give live, hands-on demonstrations of our software products directly to business owners and shopkeepers.
- Lead Conversion & Sales Closing: Explain software benefits, handle merchant queries, negotiate pricing/plans, and close subscription sales.
- Merchant Onboarding: Help newly onboarded shop owners set up their store profiles and ensure basic initial usage.
- Reporting: Maintain daily visit records and report customer feedback and closed leads to the management team.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Education: BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) preferred. Other graduates with solid direct sales acumen are also welcome.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in direct sales, field marketing,



or customer-facing roles. Freshers with positive confidence and pitching skills are welcome to apply.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic computer knowledge, internet familiarity, and comfort with operating smartphone apps and web browsers to give live demos.
- Communication: Strong communication and persuasion skills in Tamil (working knowledge of English is an added advantage).
- Travel / Vehicle: Valid two-wheeler driving license is required. Candidates with their own two-wheeler are preferred, or a company vehicle will be provided for field visits.

Salary & Compensation
- Fixed Base Pay: ₹8,000 per month
- Incentives: Performance-based sales incentives up to ₹12,000+ per month (Total earning potential: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000+ per month based on sales closed).
- Allowances: Petrol / travel allowance provided for field visits.

Work Schedule & Location
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday; occasional extra time depending on shop client availability).
- Job Location: Standard Colony, 725 I, Government Hospital Road, Thiruthangal, Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu 626130 (On-field client visits with reporting to office).

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
