Title: Field Sales Executive Builder & Agent Partnerships (Real Estate, Hyderabad)

This is a 100% field role. You'll spend most of the day travelling to builder and agent offices across Hyderabad on your own vehicle.

About the role
You'll be the face of NE Yard on the ground. You'll visit builder offices, project sites and agent offices, show them how NE Yard brings serious buyers, and get their projects listed on the platform as Builder Partners and Agent Partners. This is a field role: most of your day is spent meeting people, not sitting at a desk.
What you'll do
- Visit builder offices, sales lounges and real estate agent offices in Gachibowli, Kokapet, Narsingi, Tellapur, Kompally, Medchal and nearby areas
- Pitch NE Yard to owners, sales heads and agents, and sign them up as Builder Partners and Agent Partners
- Help partners list their projects with correct details, photos, prices, floor plans and RERA numbers
- Build long-term relationships so partners keep their listings updated and list current launches with us first
- Meet weekly targets for new partners and live listings
- Pass on market feedback (pricing, competition, what builders want) to the founding team
- Keep a daily log of visits, follow-ups and sign-ups
What we're looking for
- 1-4 years in field sales, ideally in real estate, property portals (99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, NoBroker), banking/home loans or B2B sales
- Confident speaking Telugu, Hindi and English
- Comfortable walking into an office cold and asking for the owner
- Knows Hyderabad well, especially the west and north corridors
- Own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence
- Uses a smartphone confidently: WhatsApp, Google Maps, uploading photos and listings in an app
- Graduate in any subject
