DutyOnTrack is a business management software platform that helps agencies manage their staff, attendance, duty tracking, expenses and reports.
We are looking for an energetic Field Sales Executive to help grow our business across Delhi NCR.
Responsibilities:
- Visit manpower, housekeeping, security and staffing agencies.
- Meet agency owners and explain the benefits of DutyOnTrack.
- Give live software demonstrations to potential customers.
- Convert interested agencies into paid subscribers.
- Follow up with potential customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain daily visit reports and sales records.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi.
- Confidence in meeting business owners.
- Basic smartphone and computer knowledge.
- Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR.
- Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.
- Previous field sales or B2B sales experience is an advantage.
Compensation:
- Fixed salary: ₹15,000 per month.
- Additional performance-based sales incentives.
- Local travel reimbursement as per company policy.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday. Career Opportunity: Opportunity to grow into a Senior Sales Executive or Sales Team Leader role based on performance.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
