Candidates interested in field sales, JLG group loan sales, and recovery activities are encouraged to apply. Roles & ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell JLG (Joint Liability Group) loan products.

Identify potential customers and generate business opportunities. Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and application procedures. Assist customers with loan applications and documentation. Conduct field visits and customer verification.





Follow up on loan repayments and support recovery activities. Maintain customer relationships and achieve assigned sales targets.

Eligibility

CriteriaFreshers and experienced candidates can apply. Interest in field sales is mandatory. A two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory. CIBIL score above 650 is mandatory. Proficiency in English and Telugu is required. Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
