- Identify current customers and generate sales leads.
- Visit customers and explain company products and services.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
- Follow up with customers to convert enquiries into sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer support and product delivery.
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain customer records.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Interest in field sales and customer interaction.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- Net Take-Home Salary: 22,000 per month
- Other allowances and benefits as per company policy.
