JOB SUMMARY
Catalyst Education is looking for energetic, proactive and target-oriented Field Marketing Executives to strengthen our brand presence and generate student enquiries across Thrissur.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field activities, direct customer interaction, promotional campaigns and lead generation. This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy meeting people, exploring recent markets and contributing to business growth in the education sector.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct field marketing activities to promote Catalyst Education's courses and training programs.
- Visit colleges, educational institutions, residential areas and other potential locations.
- Generate qualified student leads and admission enquiries.
- Organize promotional campaigns, educational awareness activities and local marketing events.
- Build relationships with students, parents, colleges and community representatives.
- Distribute brochures and communicate course information to prospective students.
- Identify new opportunities to improve local brand awareness.
- Coordinate with academic counsellors and the sales team to convert enquiries into admissions.
- Support seminar promotions, campus activities and education-related events.
- Monitor competitor activities and local market opportunities.
- Maintain records of field visits,
leads and marketing activities.
- Submit daily and weekly performance reports.
- Achieve assigned lead generation and marketing targets.
REQUIREMENTS
- Plus Two or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
- Good Malayalam communication skills; basic English is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Confident in face-to-face communication and promotional activities.
- Willingness to travel within Thrissur and nearby areas.
- Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented.
- Basic computer and reporting skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred for field travel.
