About Fixorix

Fixorix is a home and commercial services platform providing AC servicing and repair, electrical and plumbing services, home appliance repair, inverter and battery sales, solar panel cleaning, and other maintenance solutions.

We are looking for an active, confident, and result-oriented Field Marketing Executive to generate business through direct customer visits and local-area marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit houses, shops, apartments, offices, and commercial establishments in selected areas of Ernakulam.
- Conduct door-to-door marketing by walking through assigned streets and neighbourhoods.
- Distribute Fixorix brochures and promotional materials.
- Explain our services, offers, and benefits directly to potential customers.
- Generate customer enquiries and convert them into service bookings and product sales.
- Identify shops, offices, apartment associations, landlords, and businesses that require regular maintenance services.
- Promote AC servicing, electrical work, plumbing, appliance repairs, inverter and lithium battery sales, and other Fixorix services.
- Collect customer contact details and maintain records of visits, enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Follow up with interested customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.




- Identify potential business areas and report daily marketing results to management.
- Help organise local promotional campaigns and other business development activities.

Eligibility
- Good communication skills in Malayalam.
- Confidence in approaching customers and explaining services face-to-face.
- Willingness to travel locally and conduct walking-based field marketing.
- Positive attitude, honesty, and a target-oriented approach.
- Basic smartphone and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Previous experience in field sales, door-to-door marketing, telemarketing, or direct sales is preferred.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills and a willingness to work in the field may also apply.

Salary & Benefits
- Fixed salary: ₹8000-15,000 per month.

Work Expectations This is an active field-based role, not a desk-only job. The selected candidate must regularly visit assigned local areas, approach prospective customers, distribute brochures, explain services, and generate genuine business enquiries and bookings.
