What you’ll actually do
Cold-call owners, break the ice, and get them to list the house
Coordinate and schedule property visits so both sides show up at the right place and time
Monitor client conversations
Keep operations tight, follow up on every lead so nothing slips through
Track visits, closures, and feedback so we keep getting sharper
