Job Overview

Mission Surya Uday is hiring motivated Field Executives to promote rooftop solar solutions to residential customers in Kanpur. This role involves door-to-door marketing, lead generation, customer interaction, and field sales.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with prior experience in solar sales are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct door-to-door visits to generate leads and promote rooftop solar solutions.
- Explain the benefits of solar energy to residential customers.
- Educate customers about the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana.
- Understand customer requirements and follow up with interested prospects.
- Coordinate with the internal team for customer visits and further assistance.
- Maintain daily field activity and lead records.
- Achieve assigned lead-generation and sales targets.

Eligibility and Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with door-to-door sales and regular field travel.
- Basic smartphone and WhatsApp knowledge.




- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Freshers can apply; prior solar sales experience is an advantage.

Salary and Incentives
- Freshers: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month.
- Experienced candidates: Salary negotiable based on relevant solar sales experience.
