Role Description The Farm Manager role at Precite.ai is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India.

The Farm

Manager will oversee daily operations of AI-controlled indoor farming environments, including planning, supervising, and optimizing crop production and related activities.

Responsibilities include managing farm staff, coordinating planting and harvesting schedules, monitoring environmental conditions, and ensuring that irrigation, nutrition, and climate systems are used effectively with Precite.ai’s automation tools. The role also involves maintaining farm records, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards,



and collaborating with technical teams to provide feedback on system performance.

The Farm

Manager will work closely with operations and engineering teams to align farm processes with data-driven insights and continuous improvement goals.

Qualifications

- Strong farm management experience with a demonstrated ability to oversee Farms and agricultural operations.
- Solid understanding of Agriculture practices, including crop cycles, soil health, and resource management.
- Hands-on experience with Irrigation systems and water-use optimization in farming environments.
- Experience in Poultry or related livestock management is an advantage.
- Ability to work with technology-enabled farming systems; familiarity with automated or controlled-environment agriculture is preferred.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to manage in office teams.
- Comfort with data collection, record-keeping, and basic use of digital tools or farm management software.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, or a related field is beneficial.
- Commitment to on-site work in Delhi, India and to adhering to safety, quality, and sustainability standards.
