Role Description The Fashion Advisor – Hyderabad is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The position involves greeting customers, understanding their preferences, and providing personalized fashion advice on apparel, accessories, and complete looks.

Responsibilities include maintaining strong product knowledge, showcasing new collections, assisting with fittings, and ensuring the store layout and displays are visually appealing.

The Fashion

Advisor will support sales by recommending suitable items, handling basic billing or checkout support as needed, and collaborating with the store team to meet sales and customer satisfaction targets. The role also requires maintaining a neat appearance,



following store policies, and contributing to a welcoming, inclusive environment for all customers.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Product Knowledge and an understanding of current fashion trends.
- Candidates should possess Fashion Consulting skills, including the ability to create coordinated looks and advise on styles for different occasions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse customers.
- Candidates should possess basic Sales skills, including upselling, cross-selling, and supporting store sales goals.
- Prior experience in fashion retail or apparel stores is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
- Solid interpersonal skills, professional appearance, and a customer-focused attitude.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; additional certification in fashion or retail management is an advantage.
