Shree Balaji Interiors is looking for a skilled and responsible Factory Production Manager with 3D Design and Cutting List Planning experience to manage our modular furniture manufacturing operations from design finalization to production, packing, and dispatch.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of modular furniture, factory management, 3D interior design, cutting list preparation, material planning, and worker supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- 3D Design & Drawings: Prepare and modify 3D furniture designs, working drawings, and production drawings.
- Cutting List Planning: Prepare accurate cutting lists based on finalized designs and furniture dimensions.
- Factory Management: Plan and manage daily production activities for beds, wardrobes, modular kitchens, TV units, and other furniture.
- Production Supervision: Allocate jobs to operators and workers, monitor progress, and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Material & Stock Management: Maintain inventory of plywood, laminates, hardware, and other materials. Ensure materials are available before production starts.
- Order & Timeline Management: Track every order from design approval to cutting, edge banding, drilling, assembly, packing, and dispatch.
- Quality Control: Check dimensions, finishing, edge banding, drilling accuracy,



and overall product quality.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with designers, machine operators, carpenters, packing staff, and installation teams.
- Production Reporting: Maintain daily production reports, pending work, material requirements, and dispatch schedules.

Required Skills
- Experience in modular furniture manufacturing and factory operations.
- Knowledge of 3D design software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
- Ability to prepare furniture cutting lists and optimize board usage.
- Understanding of CNC, edge-banding, drilling, and panel-processing operations.
- Knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and order tracking.
- Solid leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.

Preferred Candidate A person who can independently manage the factory workflow, coordinate design and production, minimize material wastage, prevent production delays, and ensure that every order is completed on time. Candidates with hands-on experience in modular furniture manufacturing will be preferred.
