Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Facility Manager to oversee the daily maintenance and smooth functioning of our IVF centre. The candidate must have strong electrical knowledge, basic technical knowledge of OT and USG machines, and experience in managing housekeeping (HK), security personnel, and bouncers.

Key Responsibilities

- Electrical Maintenance: Handle electrical issues, power supply, lighting, wiring, and basic electrical troubleshooting.
- Medical Equipment Knowledge: Have working knowledge of OT equipment and USG (Ultrasound) machines, including basic handling, maintenance coordination, and troubleshooting.
- Housekeeping Management: Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation throughout the facility.
- Security Management: Manage security guards and bouncers, ensure proper duty allocation, and maintain discipline and safety.
- Plumbing Maintenance: Handle plumbing issues, water supply, drainage, leakage, and coordinate repairs when required.
- Facility Maintenance: Ensure proper functioning of the building, equipment, utilities, and other essential facilities.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external technicians, electricians, plumbers, and service providers for repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Safety & Compliance:



Maintain safety standards, emergency preparedness, and a clean, secure, and well-maintained healthcare environment.
- Team Supervision: Monitor staff attendance, duty rosters, performance, and daily work reports.
- Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to maintenance complaints and ensure minimal disruption to clinic operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- ITI, Diploma, or Graduate qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in facility management, preferably in a hospital, IVF centre, or healthcare facility.
- Must have good electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic working knowledge of OT and USG machines is essential.
- Experience in handling housekeeping staff, security guards, and bouncers.
- Knowledge of plumbing maintenance and general repair work.
- Valuable communication, leadership, problem-solving, and staff management skills.
- Ability to handle emergencies and coordinate multiple maintenance activities.

Preferred Experience 2–5 years of relevant experience in facility management or hospital maintenance.
