Responsibilities

- Monitor and maintain building services including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, firefighting systems, lifts and utility equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and identify maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities with vendors and in-house teams.
- Ensure proper functioning of all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) systems.
- Monitor daily utility consumption and prepare monthly reports for electricity & water consumption.
- Supervise contractors and service providers to ensure quality and safety compliance.
- Prepare BOQs, technical specifications, comparative statements and maintenance reports.
- Ensure statutory compliance related to lifts, fire safety systems, electrical installations and other facility equipment.
- Attend and resolve technical complaints within defined service levels.
- Maintain equipment history, maintenance records and asset registers.
- Conduct daily inspections and maintain checklist records for all critical MEP and utility systems, including Passenger & Service Lifts, Chiller Plants, VRF, AHUs, CSUs, Cooling Towers, HT/LT Panels, Transformers, UPS Systems, Distribution Boards, Water Pumps and Energy Monitoring Systems. Monitor operating parameters, identify abnormalities, and ensure timely corrective actions to maintain protected and uninterrupted operations.




- Regularly coordinate with clients to understand operational requirements, provide updates on maintenance activities, address concerns and ensure timely resolution of technical issues while maintaining high user satisfaction.
- Conduct monthly training programs for the technical team to improve operational knowledge, safety awareness and maintenance practices.
- Support emergency response and troubleshooting during equipment failures or operational disruptions.
- Ensure adherence to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) requirements and company policies.
