Role & responsibilities

- Generate leads for painting services through field visits, dealer references, and local market activities.
- Visit residential properties, interact with customers, and understand their painting requirements.
- Conduct site measurements and assist in preparing painting service quotations.
- Follow up on customer enquiries and convert leads into confirmed painting service orders.
- Identify houses under construction, renovation projects, and other potential business opportunities.
- Coordinate with painters, contractors, dealers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth service delivery.
- Monitor painting work progress and address customer concerns in coordination with the concerned teams.
- Conduct local market surveys and support promotional activities to increase business.
- Maintain customer relationships and provide a positive customer experience.
- Achieve assigned lead generation, sales conversion, and customer service targets.

Preferred candidate profile Candidates should be comfortable with fieldwork, local travel, customer interactions, and achieving business targets.
