- Coordinate with international clients to understand their requirements and provide customized solutions for exporting goods.
- Manage sales orders, track inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer expectations.
- Provide back office support to the sales team by handling administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and follow-up on outstanding payments.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., production planning) to resolve any issues related to product availability or quality.
Job Requirements :
- 5-12 years of experience in export sales coordination
- Robust understanding of sales administration, operations, and mis processes.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with international clients.
