Kartblue is hiring a Full Stack Developer who builds with AI, owns their work end to end, and thinks like a startup team member.

What you'll do
- Build web apps with React (Next.js) and Node.js (NestJS) on PostgreSQL.
- Build mobile features in Flutter.
- Use AI tools to develop faster, and review every output with your own judgment before it ships.
- Understand the business flow behind each feature and turn it into a working solution.
- Own your tasks from start to delivery, and update progress daily.
Skills
- Strong in Next.js, NestJS and PostgreSQL; hands-on Flutter experience
- Daily use of AI coding tools, with the judgment to spot and fix what AI gets wrong
- Ability to understand business processes and ask the right questions before building
