We are looking for a skilled and creative Architect with a minimum of 3 years of experience in residential projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling architectural planning, 2D drawings, 3D elevations, interior design, and detailed working drawings for residential buildings and villas.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural concepts, floor plans, layouts, elevations, and sections for residential buildings and villas.
- Create high-quality 3D exterior elevations and realistic architectural visualizations.
- Design residential interiors, including living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and other spaces.
- Prepare detailed architectural working drawings for site execution.
- Develop furniture layouts, false ceiling designs, lighting layouts, and interior detailing.
- Prepare material specifications, door and window schedules, and other necessary drawings.
- Coordinate with civil site engineers, structural engineers, and contractors.
- Understand client requirements and incorporate feedback into design proposals.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with the execution team when required.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations and project requirements.




- Manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.

Requirements
- B.Arch degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential architecture and design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Good working knowledge of SketchUp and Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, or similar 3D visualization software.
- Experience in interior design and detailed working drawings.
- Knowledge of Revit, 3ds Max, and Photoshop is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of space planning, construction details, materials, and design concepts.
- Ability to handle projects from concept development to detailed drawings.
- Good communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Portfolio showcasing previous residential projects is required.
