Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end export and import shipments, especially coordination with European companies.
- Coordinate with overseas customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents.
- Handle EXIM documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and bills of lading/airway bills.
- Monitor shipment schedules, customs clearance, and timely deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with applicable export-import regulations
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatches, and shipment updates.
- Manage freight quotations, logistics costs, and shipment tracking.

Mandatory Requirements

- Graduate in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of relevant experience in EXIM operations and international logistics.
- Prior experience coordinating with European companies or international clients.
- Strong knowledge of EXIM documentation, customs procedures, and freight forwarding.
- Positive written and spoken English with professional email communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook.
