Job Role Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Executive your key responsibility is to support the talent acquisition team by sourcing and gathering detailed information about potential client companies actively recruiting talent. You will research data, analyses hiring trends, and provide valuable insights that help our talent acquisition consultants build relationships and deliver recruitment solutions effectively.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executiveto join our team. This role focuses on identifying and sourcing companies with active hiring needs, especially within the legal corporate sector, by carrying out in-depth research.



Your work will directly enable our talent acquisition team to engage with the right employers and enhance recruitment efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, B.A, B.Tech) with a minimum of 65% marks
- MBA or other postgraduate degrees are an added advantage.
- Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition support, sourcing, recruitment research, or market intelligence.
- Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Search, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Strong research and analytical abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Valuable understanding of organisational structures and recruitment terminology.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Boolean search techniques is an added advantage.

Work Hours: Shift timing : 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM
