1.Daily Hospital Operations: Coordinate and monitor day-to-day hospital activities to ensure smooth functioning of all departments.

1. Interdepartmental Coordination: Liaise with OPD, IPD, Emergency, Billing, Diagnostics, Pharmacy, Nursing, and other departments for efficient patient care and service delivery.
2. Patient Experience: Monitor patient satisfaction, address complaints and grievances, and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
3. Operational Monitoring: Track patient flow, waiting time, bed occupancy, discharge processes, and overall operational efficiency.
4. Staff Coordination: Coordinate with departmental heads and frontline staff to ensure adequate staffing, adherence to schedules, and effective workflow management.
5. Quality and Compliance: Ensure compliance with hospital policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), patient safety standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
6. MIS and Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, analyse performance indicators, and submit reports to the Operations Manager or Hospital Management.

Process Improvement: Identify operational gaps, implement corrective actions, and recommend measures to improve productivity, service quality, and patient satisfaction.
8. Resource and Facility Management: Monitor the availability of essential resources, equipment, and facilities, and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve operational issues.
9. Management Support: Assist hospital management in implementing operational plans, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting audits, and achieving organisational objectives.

Qualifications and Experience
- Educational Qualification: MBA or Master of Hospital Administration (MHA).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in hospital operations
- Skills Required: Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, reporting, and team management skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
