Role Purpose

To support supply and demand planning activities, ensure timely delivery of customer orders, coordinate with plant, sales, and marketing teams, and maintain effective inventory and production planning in line with business requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Supply and Demand Planning: Coordinate with plant and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of customer orders as per committed timelines.
2. Plant Coordination: Organize weekly meetings with manufacturing plants to review production and supply status and escalate delays or critical issues to the next level.

3. Sales Coordination: Conduct weekly follow-ups with the sales team regarding order dispatches, pending orders, and delivery schedules.
4. Inventory and Finished Goods Monitoring: Coordinate with marketing teams to track finished goods (FG) reports, packed batch details, and product availability as per plant manufacturing plans.
5. Inventory Liquidation: Prepare and implement liquidation plans for manufactured goods in case of order cancellations or changes in demand.

6. Supply Timeline Review: Monitor supply timelines based on inventory availability, production schedules, and customer requirements.
7. Stock Review:



Review inventory and stock holdings with marketing teams to ensure alignment with agreed plans and business requirements.
8. Sales Planning: Prepare country-wise sales plan summaries and discuss performance, requirements, and key updates with regional heads.

9. Production and Packing Planning: Participate in monthly meetings with formulation units to review production schedules, packing plans, and material availability.
10. S&OP; Coordination: Participate in monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP;) Demand Review meetings to align demand forecasts with supply capabilities.
11. MIS and Dashboard Preparation: Prepare and maintain Forecast vs.

Sales performance dashboards to track business performance, identify gaps, and support planning decisions.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- MBA with an Engineering background preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Order Management.
- Experience in coordinating with manufacturing plants, sales teams, and marketing teams.

- Understanding of inventory management, production planning, order dispatches, and demand forecasting.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MIS reporting, and dashboard preparation.
- Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems will be an added advantage.

- Robust coordination, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up on supply and dispatch commitments.
