? Hiring | Business Development Executive

D’PARK CORPORATION is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Indore.

? Position: Business Development Executive

? Location: Indore | On-site

? Reports To: Sales & Marketing Manager / Managing Director

? Compensation: Up to ₹22,000 per month (In-Hand) + Incentives | Open for deserving & experienced candidates

? Key Responsibilities

· Generate new business opportunities and leads through various channels.

· Identify and approach potential clients, projects, dealers and business partners.

· Conduct client meetings, presentations and product demonstrations.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

· Prepare quotations, proposals and follow up with clients for order closure.

· Coordinate with Technical, Operations and Customer Support teams for smooth project execution.

· Monitor market trends, customer requirements, pricing, and competitor activities.

· Maintain regular sales reports, customer records and pipeline updates.

· Explore new markets and opportunities for Fire Safety and Surveillance Solutions.

· Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

? Qualifications & Experience

· 0 – 2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Marketing.

· Experience in Fire & Safety, Security, Surveillance, Technical Sales, or related industries will be preferred.





· Diploma / Degree in Engineering, MBA (Marketing), or a related field preferred.

· Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.

· Target-oriented with a strong focus on business development and sales conversion.

· Good knowledge of MS Office and basic sales reporting.

· Candidates with B.Tech / technical sales / domestic or international sales experience will be preferred.

· Freshers with strong communication and a passion for sales may also be considered.
