The Executive–F&B; Service role is a full-time, in office position based in Thrissur. This role oversees the daily operations of food and beverage service areas, ensuring smooth service, high hygiene standards, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Responsibilities include supervising service staff, coordinating table setups, managing reservations, and monitoring guest satisfaction throughout service. The Executive–F&B; Service professional will handle guest queries, resolve service issues, support training and development of the team, and collaborate with kitchen and management to optimize menus, promotions, and overall guest experience. The role also involves monitoring stock levels related to service, supporting cost control measures, and preparing basic service-related reports when required.

- Prior experience in food and beverage service or hospitality, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of basic F&B; service standards, hygiene practices, and safety regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per operational requirements.
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: From ₹432,000.00 per year
