? We’re hiring: Executive – Customer Order Management

Do you enjoy keeping customer orders moving smoothly and making sure customers are kept informed? Join Multi-Wing’s Sales team and help deliver a dependable, skilled experience for our customers.

In this role, you’ll coordinate customer orders from processing through delivery, working closely with Sales, Production, Purchasing, Logistics and Shipping. You’ll help ensure orders are accurate, delivered on time and meet customer requirements.

What you’ll do:

- Process and coordinate customer orders, and maintain accurate customer account and order information.
- Follow up with internal teams to support on-time, complete deliveries.
- Keep customers updated, respond to queries, and handle complaints professionally.
- Maintain order records and prepare sales data and reports using the ERP system and Excel.




- Follow up on overdue customer payments and escalate unresolved issues when needed.

What you’ll bring:

- A B.Com degree and 1–3 years of experience in order management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
- An organised, detail-focused approach, with the confidence to follow up on open tasks and work collaboratively.
- A willingness to learn customer service processes and the ERP system.
