- Manage plant security, discipline, and administrative activities.
- Supervise security guards, housekeeping, and other support staff.
- Monitor attendance, entry/exit registers, and visitor management.
- Ensure plant safety, discipline, and compliance with company rules.
- Coordinate with HR and plant management for day-to-day administrative work.
Candidate Requirements:
- Ex-servicemen with good leadership and discipline.
- Preferably a local candidate from Borgaon or nearby areas.
- Good communication, supervision, and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
