We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Event Set Designer & Technical Draftsperson to join our team. The candidate should be capable of converting event concepts, reference images, and creative ideas into accurate technical drawings with precise measurements for execution.

The role involves designing stage setups, LED screen layouts, event backdrops, and other event production elements through hand-drawn sketches or digital design software.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed stage design drawings based on creative concepts and reference images.

Create accurate technical drawings with proper dimensions, measurements, scale,



and proportions.

Design LED screen layouts, including LED placement, screen sizes, positioning, and stage integration.

Prepare stage plans, front elevations, side elevations, and top-view layouts.

Convert creative concepts into practical drawings for fabrication, production, and in office installation.

Design event backdrops, entrance arches, exhibition stalls, truss structures, and other event elements.

Coordinate with the production, fabrication, and technical teams to ensure accurate execution.

Revise drawings according to client requirements, venue dimensions, and production feasibility.

Ensure all drawings are clear, detailed, and ready for execution.

Required Skills

Knowledge of event set design, stage design, and event production.

Strong understanding of dimensions, scale drawings, measurements, and spatial planning.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software is preferred.

Ability to create technical drawings digitally or through manual drafting.

Ability to interpret reference images and convert them into accurate, dimensioned drawings.

Attention to detail, creativity, and practical problem-solving skills.

Candidate Requirements

Chennai-based applicants only.

Available for a full-time position.

Previous experience in event set design, exhibition design, stage design, or technical drafting is preferred.

Freshers with strong technical drawing skills and relevant software knowledge may also apply.

Candidates should be able to share a portfolio or samples of previous drawings, if available.
