Role Description The Event Sales Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for managing incoming event inquiries, conducting client meetings, and preparing customized proposals and quotations.

The Event Sales

Coordinator coordinates with internal planning and operations teams to ensure smooth event execution, maintains accurate records of leads and bookings, and follows up with clients throughout the sales cycle. Day-to-day tasks include handling client communications, supporting site visits, tracking event timelines,



and collaborating to achieve sales targets while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Customer Service and Communication skills.
- Candidates should possess Event Planning and Event Management skills.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills and the ability to convert leads into confirmed events.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple events and deadlines.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools for tracking clients and events.
- Relevant experience in event sales, hospitality, or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, including occasional evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
