We’re Hiring: Event Sales Executive

We’re looking for an Event Sales Executive with a passion for hospitality and a solid sales mindset—someone who can build client relationships, host memorable site visits, and turn enquiries into confirmed bookings.

What You’ll DoGuest Experience & Site Visits

- Welcome and host prospective clients visiting Tavaro.
- Showcase our event spaces, lawns, facilities, and accommodation.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable venue options.
- Provide a warm, professional, and premium guest experience.

Event Sales & Client Relationships

- Manage enquiries received through calls, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Understand each client’s event requirements, preferred dates, guest count, and budget.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and event packages.
- Follow up with prospective clients and work to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Build relationships with wedding planners, event managers, and corporate clients.

Lead Management & Coordination

- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, site visits, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate booking documents, advance payments,



and client requirements.
- Ensure a smooth handover of confirmed bookings to the operations team.
- Work towards sales targets and improve enquiry-to-booking conversion.

What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional presentation and strong hospitality etiquette.
- Sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- A proactive approach and consistent follow-up habits.
- Attention to detail, accountability, and a results-focused mindset.
- Proficiency with basic digital tools and sales documentation.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, lead tracking, or sales pipeline management is an advantage.

Experience in resort sales, wedding sales, event venues, or hospitality is preferred. The Tavaro ApproachWe value people who take ownership, pay attention to detail, and understand that exceptional hospitality is everyone’s responsibility.
