Role Description The Event Production Manager is a full-time role based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work arrangement, combining in office event management with work from office. This role involves managing end-to-end production for corporate events/weddings, including planning, vendor coordination, technical setup, and on-ground execution.

The Event Production

Manager will oversee timelines, logistics, and budgets, ensure quality delivery, and troubleshoot issues before and during events.

Responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams and clients to understand event objectives, translating concepts into detailed production plans,



and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders. The role also requires post-event evaluation, documentation of learnings, and continuous improvement of production processes.

Qualifications

- Strong Production Management and Event Production skills to manage complete event lifecycles and technical execution.
- Proven Event Planning and Budgeting abilities to design event formats, schedule activities, and control costs effectively.
- Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams, and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Experience working on corporate events and experiential marketing projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work under tight deadlines, and adapt to changing requirements.
- Proficiency in basic office productivity tools; familiarity with event production software or AV tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.
