:

Quantity Surveying

· Prepare BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) and calculate finishing quantities for high-rise building projects.

· Prepare accurate BOQs (Bills of Quantities) aligned with project requirements.

Budgeting & Costing

· Develop and manage project budgets, optimizing costs without compromising quality.

· Analyze costs and recommend cost-efficient strategies.

Cost Monitoring

· Monitor ongoing project costs to ensure adherence to budget.

· Track variances and recommend corrective actions.

Reconciliation

· Reconcile construction materials such as steel, concrete, cement, tiles, etc.

RERA Compliance





· Knowledge of RERA regulations and preparation of Architectural and Engineering Certificates.

Technical Skills

· Basic knowledge of AutoCAD for measurement and drawing interpretation.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
