About the Role

We are looking for client-focused, sales-driven professionals with hands-on equity dealing experience to drive trading activity, grow client relationships, and generate revenue through financial products.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute client buy/sell orders accurately on NSE/BSE trading terminals.
- Monitor client margins, exposure limits, and trading positions.
- Provide market updates and investment guidance aligned with client risk profiles.
- Build solid client relationships and acquire new clients.
- Increase trading activity, client activation, and revenue.
- Cross-sell Mutual Funds, PMS, Insurance, Bonds, Corporate FDs, NCDs,



and other financial products.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and risk management procedures.

Requirements

- Graduate from a recognized university.
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in equity broking/dealing.
- Mandatory NISM Series VIII certification.
- Strong knowledge of equity markets, trade execution, and financial products.
- Good communication skills in English and the local language.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, email, and trading platforms.
- Knowledge of the local market and client base is preferred.
