Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and conduct formal domestic inquiries and investigations regarding employee misconduct, safety breaches, fraud, or policy violations.

- Gather, review, and preserve physical, digital, and documentary evidence securely.

- Interview complainants, witnesses, and respondents impartially, maintaining strict confidentiality.

- Analyze findings objectively to determine facts and assess credibility.

- Draft clear, comprehensive, and legally sound inquiry reports detailing findings and conclusions.

- Collaborate with the HR and Legal teams to recommend appropriate disciplinary or corrective actions based on investigation outcomes.

- Present case facts clearly during disciplinary hearings or external labor tribunals if required.

Maintain meticulous and organized records of all investigation files and case documentation.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
