- 1. Requirement Analysis & Design Initiation
- 2. Engineering planning and control
- 3. Technical leadership, design review, and compliance
- 4. Engineering team leadership
- 5. Engineering communication and approvals.
- 6. Inspection and testing coordination
- 7. Engineering inputs for procurement
- 8. Engineering documentation and revision control
- 9. Project execution, panel readiness, and billing support
- 10. Knowledge transfer and handover
- 11. Process improvement and product qualification

?Required skills

 Solid ability to interpret tender documents, customer specifications, standards,QAPs, and purchase orders and translate them into engineering plans anddeliverables.

 Working knowledge of electrical/control panel design, instrumentation, PLCs,SCADA, HMI, system architecture, communication protocols, and engineeringdocumentation.





 Ability to review GA and panel drawings, datasheets, MRFs, test procedures, andtechnical submissions; familiarity with AutoCAD or equivalent design tools ispreferred.

 Project planning and progress control, risk identification, prioritization, resourceallocation, document revision control, and change-impact assessment.

 Commercial awareness and ability to develop cost-effective engineering solutionswhile maintaining technical compliance and quality.

 Leadership, mentoring, decision-making, problem-solving, and cross-functionalcoordination skills. Clear written and verbal communication, customer-facing confidence, andproficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and project tracking tools.

 Willingness to travel to customer, project, manufacturing, and inspection sitesacross India as required.
