Own the Verification domain's delivery across 2–4 projects or customer accounts with a team of 15–30 engineers. Own schedule, quality and customer satisfaction, and build and retain a high-performing team.

Experience: 15 to 17 years. Must have a solid technical verification background with SoC tapeouts, and at least 3 years managing teams of 15 or more engineers.

Desired Skills

- Owns end-to-end delivery across multiple verification projects: scope, schedule, quality, sign-off and customer acceptance.
- Manages the customer relationship at engineering-manager level: governance reviews, escalations, change requests.
- Handles resource planning, utilization, allocation across projects, and hiring plans.
- Performance management, career development, appraisals and retention for the team.




- Sets technical direction through technical leads and principals, and keeps verification methodology consistent across projects.
- Defines delivery metrics and reporting: coverage, bug trends, schedule variance, quality escapes.
- Contributes to proposals, effort estimates and SOW definition for new engagements.
- Delivers successful first-silicon results across multiple programs.
- Works with RTL, DFT, physical design and BD teams on integrated, turnkey engagements.
- Builds processes and quality practices (checklists, reviews, audits) that scale with the team.
