Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead software development teams, drive end-to-end delivery, provide technical leadership, and manage customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end software development and delivery, ensuring quality and timely execution.
- Lead customer discussions and negotiations on requirements, scope, timelines, and delivery commitments.
- Provide technical guidance on software architecture, design patterns, and development frameworks.
- Oversee web application development using contemporary web technologies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams while driving performance and collaboration.
- Establish development processes, engineering best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10–20 years of experience in software engineering and delivery.
- Strong experience in web technologies, web application development, and modern development frameworks.
- Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies.
- Proven experience in team management, technical leadership, and customer negotiations.
- Experience with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and software delivery management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
