Job Overview

To demonstrate robust leadership skills by guiding teams, driving initiatives, and ensuring successful project outcomes while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and team members. Required to apply analytical skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and support informed decision-making in dynamic work environments.

Will be responsible for managing projects efficiently by overseeing planning, execution, resource allocation, and timely delivery while maintaining quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for carrying out general maintenance activities to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations.
- Expected to possess strong knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics systems, including troubleshooting, servicing, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Required to have experience and in-depth knowledge in the maintenance and servicing of pumps, rotating equipment, compressors, gearboxes,



and bearings while ensuring equipment reliability, safety compliance, and minimal downtime.
- Strong understanding of machine maintenance strategies, including predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance.
- Familiarity with machine shop tools, diagnostic equipment, and CAD systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with different departments and teams.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and be available for on-call emergencies as
