What youll do

- Responsible for preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of injection molds to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production.

- Perform daily mold maintenance on machines as per defined schedules and maintain all required maintenance records.

- Monitor mold downtime, MTTR, and MSBF and analyze trends to identify recurring problems and reduce production losses.

- Attend and troubleshoot critical mold breakdowns and restore molds within the targeted downtime.

- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major breakdowns and implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence.





- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, breakdown reports, downtime analysis, and action plans within the required timelines.

- Ensure timely availability and proper management of mold spare parts to prevent production stoppages.

- Production Support: Close coordination with Production, Quality, Tool Room, and other teams to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations.

What we are looking for

- Experienced and dedicated Mold Maintenance Skilled with strong expertise in the maintenance, repair, modification, and preventive maintenance of injection molds. Skilled in troubleshooting mold breakdowns, reducing downtime, improving mold availability, and ensuring smooth production operations.

- Proficient in MTTR and MSBF monitoring, downtime analysis, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), MIS reporting, spare parts management, and preventive maintenance planning. Experienced in working with conventional machines for mold repair and modification, along with implementing Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and mold life.

- Strong understanding of 5S, safety standards, quality requirements, and maintenance practices, with the ability to coordinate effectively with Production, Quality, Tool Room, and cross-functional teams. Focused on minimizing production losses, preventing recurring breakdowns, and maintaining high standards of mold reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.
