- Exposure to electrical, mechanical & utility maintenance with hands-on experience in CNC, VMC, Injection Molding, SPM, Deep Hole/Gun Drill and Press Machines.
- Handle machine breakdown, preventive & predictive maintenance and ensure minimum downtime.
- Prepare and execute Annual Preventive Maintenance Plans, Maintenance SOPs, checklists and logbooks.
- Conduct RCA/CAPA for recurring breakdowns and implement corrective & preventive actions.
- Manage maintenance spares, consumables and inventory to ensure availability of critical items.
- Drive Kaizen, 5S, Safety, TPM and cost-saving initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Maintain maintenance documentation, audit records, MTBF/MTTR data and ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.

Required Candidate profile Diploma- Electrical, 2+ yrs of work exp. with light engineering/ Automotive or mass/batch production industry.
