About the Company

Doshion Poly Science Pvt. Ltd. operates in advanced material and chemical solutions, including ion-exchange resins, specialty polymers and membrane performance chemicals for water treatment, pharmaceutical and other industrial applications.

We are looking for technically competent, motivated and result-oriented professionals to join our manufacturing plant and technical teams at Sanand, Gujarat. Candidates with experience in chemical manufacturing, specialty chemicals,resins, laboratory operations, engineering projects, research and development, or wastewater treatment are encouraged to apply.

Current Openings: We are hiring for the following positions:

Position: Production Executive

Experience: 1 to 4 years

Qualification: B.Sc. Chemistry mandatory

Key Responsibilities

- Execute daily production plans in accordance with approved SOPs and batch manufacturing instructions.
- Monitor chemical processing parameters, raw material charging, batch output, yield and material consumption.
- Maintain batch manufacturing records, production logs and process documentation.
- Coordinate with QC, QA, Stores and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth production operations.
- Identify and report process deviations, equipment problems and production losses.
- Follow plant safety, chemical handling, PPE, EHS and housekeeping requirements.
- Support productivity improvement, troubleshooting and waste reduction initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

- Understanding of batch processing, process monitoring, production records and plant safety.
- Experience in specialty chemicals, polymers, resins or water treatment chemicals will be preferred.

Position: Lab Chemist QC / R&D; Experience: 2 to 5 years

Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. Chemistry or relevant qualification

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct chemical and physical testing of raw materials, in-process samples and finished products.
- Prepare laboratory reagents and solutions and operate laboratory instruments.
- Perform analytical testing such as titration, pH and conductivity measurements and other relevant tests.
- Maintain testing records, calibration records, sample traceability and laboratory documentation.
- Report deviations and out-of-specification results and support investigations.
- Assist with laboratory trials, product evaluation, application testing and quality improvement activities.
- Maintain laboratory safety, housekeeping and proper chemical handling practices.

Candidate Requirements

- Knowledge of analytical chemistry, wet chemical analysis,



laboratory testing and documentation.
- Familiarity with instrument calibration, sample traceability and quality procedures.

Position: Executive / Engineer Projects Experience: 3 to 6 years

Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Instrumentation or related engineering

Key Responsibilities

- Review project requirements, engineering drawings, technical specifications and BOQs.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, procurement, production and site teams for project execution.
- Monitor project schedules, material availability, work progress, costs and quality requirements.
- Support equipment installation, piping, instrumentation coordination, inspections and testing.
- Prepare project progress reports, technical documentation, punch lists and handover records.
- Identify execution delays, technical issues and project risks and coordinate corrective actions.
- Support commissioning, troubleshooting and timely project completion.
- Travel to project sites as required.

Candidate Requirements

- Ability to understand engineering drawings, technical specifications, project schedules and vendor coordination.
- Experience in chemical plants, water treatment, industrial equipment or manufacturing projects will be preferred.

Position: R&D; Executive / R&D; Chemist Experience: 2 to 5 years

Qualification: Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related discipline

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct laboratory experiments and research activities for current product development and improvement of existing products.
- Support resin chemistry, polymer chemistry, chemical synthesis and formulation development, as applicable.
- Evaluate raw materials, conduct laboratory trials and analyse product performance.
- Maintain experimental records, laboratory notebooks, technical reports and testing documentation.
- Investigate product or process issues and support root cause analysis and process optimization.
- Coordinate with Production, QC and QA teams for validation, manufacturing trials and product improvement.
- Assist with pilot-scale trials and technology transfer from laboratory to production, where applicable.
- Follow laboratory safety and chemical handling procedures.

Candidate Requirements





- Understanding of laboratory experimentation, chemical synthesis, analytical testing and technical documentation.
- Hands-on experience in ion-exchange resins, polymer chemistry, resin synthesis or membrane performance chemicals will be an advantage.

Position: Junior ETP Chemist Experience: 0 to 2 years; freshers may apply

Qualification: ITI (AOCP), B.Sc. Chemistry preferred; Diploma in Chemical Engineering may also be considered

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor effluent treatment plant stages, pumps, agitators, blowers and chemical dosing systems as per approved SOPs.
- Collect wastewater samples and perform routine tests such as pH, TDS, conductivity and turbidity; assist with COD/BOD testing where applicable.
- Prepare and dose treatment chemicals in prescribed quantities and monitor treatment performance.
- Maintain daily ETP log sheets, chemical consumption records, test results and other operational registers.
- Monitor sludge settling, dewatering and housekeeping and follow approved sludge handling and disposal procedures.
- Report abnormal readings, chemical spills, equipment faults and unsafe conditions promptly.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and EHS teams to support safe operations and environmental compliance.

Candidate Requirements

- Basic knowledge of pH, TDS, COD/BOD, neutralization, coagulation, flocculation, wastewater sampling and chemical dosing will be an advantage.
- Ability to follow SOPs, use PPE and maintain accurate operational records.
