Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise customer implementations, adoption, and transformation.
- Drive project delivery, stakeholder alignment,
and risk management.
- Improve operational KPIs through data-driven insights.
- Build strong relationships with customer leadership.
- Lead and develop a team of 3–5 analysts.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to maximise customer value.
What We are Looking For
- 8–12 years of experience in operations, implementation, delivery, or transformation.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% to customer sites across Southeast Asia.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team of 3–5 analysts.
- Strong programme management, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proven experience leading teams and enterprise programmes.
- Logistics, supply chain, SaaS, SQL, APIs, or automation experience is an advantage.
