Role Description This is a full-time, in office Quality Control Engineer role based in Rajkot.

The Quality Control

Engineer will be responsible for inspecting and testing electrical distribution panels and related equipment to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include developing and implementing quality control procedures, performing root cause analysis for defects,



preparing inspection reports, and coordinating with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues. The role also involves monitoring process performance, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and assisting in audits and documentation for quality management systems. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain high product reliability and customer satisfaction is a key part of this position.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance for electrical and industrial products.
- Candidates should possess proven Analytical Skills to identify, investigate, and resolve defects and process deviations.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with production, engineering, and customer-facing teams.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Quality Management systems, standards, and documentation practices.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience in electrical panel manufacturing, testing, or industrial electrical solutions is preferred.
- Familiarity with relevant safety standards, regulatory requirements, and inspection tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Rajkot, manage multiple tasks, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
