- 8+ years of overall experience in Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) management.
- Minimum 35 years of experience managing EHS operations at commercial office parks, IT parks, mixed-use developments, large corporate campuses, or similar large-scale facilities.
- Experience in project handover, tenant fit-out management, contractor safety, and facility management operations is highly preferred.
- Practical knowledge of statutory EHS compliance, fire and life safety systems, Permit-to-Work procedures, risk assessments, audits, and emergency management.
- Strong coordination, communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
Educational Qualifications
- Graduate or Diploma in Engineering.
- Advanced safety qualification such as ADIS, PDIS, or NEBOSH is preferred.
- Relevant skilled certifications in occupational health, safety, fire safety, or environmental management will be an added advantage.
