We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Education Counselor to guide prospective students in selecting suitable courses and support them throughout the admission process.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Understand students’ educational backgrounds, interests, and career goals.
- Provide course guidance and recommend suitable educational programs.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate student records and update leads in the ERP/CRM system.
- Coordinate the admission process and assist students with documentation.
- Achieve admission and enrollment targets.
- Prepare daily reports on enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
