We are looking for an experienced Education Counselor for online admission counselling for IELTS, PTE, OET, Nursing, Digital Marketing, and other qualified courses. Applicant who can handle student counselling, admissions, lead follow-ups, and course guidance for our education and skill-development programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and understand their education and career goals.
- Explain course structure, duration, fees, eligibility, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with enquiries and convert potential leads into admissions.
- Handle WhatsApp, and online enquiries professionally.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, admissions, and student details.
- Coordinate with trainers and management regarding batches and student requirements.
- Achieve monthly admission and enrolment targets.
- Build positive relationships with students and provide support throughout the admission process.
