Role Description The Education Counsellor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram.

The Education

Counsellor will engage with working professionals and students to understand their educational background, career aspirations, and skill gaps, and recommend appropriate courses, training programs, and learning pathways. Daily responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions (in-person and telephonic), maintaining accurate records of interactions, and following up with prospective learners to support informed decision-making. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to stay updated on available programs,



preparing basic reports on counseling outcomes, and participating in outreach or orientation activities.

The counsellor is expected to provide clear, unbiased guidance while maintaining confidentiality and a professional, solution-focused approach.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Educational Consulting and Education to effectively match learning solutions with individual career goals.
- Candidates should possess skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide learners through academic and professional decisions.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to conduct clear, empathetic, and structured counseling sessions.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in academic advising, career services, or education counseling is preferred.
- Ability to build rapport with diverse professionals, handle multiple inquiries, and work in a target-driven workplace.
- Proficiency in basic office software and comfort with using digital tools for record-keeping and communication.
