- Provide technical support to customers on EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems related to EDI transactions, including data discrepancies, errors, and downtime.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify root causes of issues and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences.
- Develop documentation for knowledge sharing among team members and stakeholders.
Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in ANSI X2 standards for EDI.
- Robust understanding of electronic data interchange processes and protocols.
- Experience working with various types of EDI software applications such as VAN/Telecom-based solutions.
