About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing online marketplace operations, optimizing product listings, and supporting overall e-commerce growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and other marketplaces.
- Optimize product listings, keywords, titles, and descriptions for better visibility and conversions.
- Monitor pricing, inventory, product performance, and marketplace health metrics.
- Coordinate with internal teams for the smooth execution of marketplace activities.
- Analyze sales reports, customer trends, and performance data to identify growth opportunities.
- Track competitor activities and suggest improvement strategies.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and performance updates.
- Ensure timely resolution of operational and listing-related issues.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Reporting Manager.

Requirements

- Qualification:



MBA / BBA / BCA / Graduation.
- Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in E-commerce or Marketplace

Management.
- Only relevant candidates are requested to apply.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Understanding of e-commerce marketplaces and online retail operations.
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in product listing optimization and Marketplace SEO.
- Knowledge of inventory management and pricing strategies.
- Understanding of marketplace advertising and promotions.
- Ability to analyze sales and performance metrics.
