Role Description The E-commerce Supply Chain Specialist role at Velaroofficial.in is a full-time, in office position based in Pune City. This role is responsible for coordinating end-to-end e-commerce supply chain activities, including order processing, inventory planning, and stock replenishment across warehouses and fulfillment centers.

The specialist monitors order flow and delivery performance, resolves logistics and fulfillment issues, and collaborates with vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining optimal inventory levels, tracking stock movement,



analyzing demand and sales trends, and updating systems to reflect accurate inventory status. The role also involves process improvement initiatives, documentation of standard operating procedures, and close coordination with operations, merchandising, and customer support teams to enhance overall efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supply Chain Management and Operations Management skills to oversee end-to-end e-commerce processes.
- Candidates should possess Inventory Management skills to manage stock levels, replenishment, and warehouse coordination.
- Candidates should possess Communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and logistics partners.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret data, forecast demand, and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Experience in e-commerce operations, fashion or retail supply chains, and working with OMS/WMS or ERP tools is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in Excel and basic reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset will be advantageous.
